Nature of Services

Oxygenites provides digital services, including but not limited to:

  • SEO Services

  • Digital Marketing Services

  • Website Design & Development

  • Paid Advertising Management

  • Content & Branding Services

As these are intangible, customized, and non-returnable services, traditional returns are not applicable.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:

  • Payment was made, but service was not initiated.

  • Duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.

  • Service delivery was not possible due to Oxygenites’ internal limitations.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Work has already started or partially completed

  • Delay caused by client’s lack of inputs, approvals, or communication

  • Change of mind after project initiation

  • Performance-based dissatisfaction (SEO, ads, rankings, traffic, leads, etc., as results vary)

  • Discounted or promotional service packages

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation before work begins.

  • Once the project has started, cancellation is not allowed.

  • Monthly or recurring services must be cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

Refund Processing Time

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • Transaction or payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable
